In her comments at the Convocation, President Hughes stated that the college will be renewing its focus on safety and security this academic year. College Police will be leading this effort that will feature communication and training of students, staff and faculty.
The CCRI Writing Center offers free services and workshops to CCRI students, faculty and staff members. This includes help with prewriting, organizing, creating thesis statements and topic sentences, writing summaries, editing and more.
Disability Services for Students is offering a free professional development opportunity for CCRI faculty and staff this fall – a semester-long hybrid course addressing accessibility, disability and culture.
Beginning with the Fall 2017 semester, academic deans would be assigned to the Liston and Flanagan Campuses. Our annual CCRI Opening Day Convocation will be held on Thursday, Aug. 31, at the Knight Campus in Warwick. A continental breakfast will be served in the Great Hall from 8 to 8:45 a.m.
The last day for placing orders against existing W.B. Mason blankets through the online ordering system for FY17 will be June 16. This will allow all deliveries to be made during the week of June 19 to 23.
