The 2017 State Employees Charitable Appeal (SECA) campaign for biweekly employees will run through Friday, Dec. 8. “Inspire and Be Inspired” is this year’s theme.

The SECA campaign is the time to donate to your favorite charities using one pledge form. For a list of charities and their company details, click here and go to Page 14 of the SECA booklet.

SECA pledges are electronic. Donations can be made through a secure, electronic management tool called e-Pledge. You recently received an email from seca@riseca.org. This email contained a unique self-registration link where you will have the ability to make a contribution. If you’ve made previous donations through the SECA campaign, you will have the ability to look up past donation history.  Please note that Social Security numbers and CCRI identification numbers are not used in this process.  The ID number used for the campaign is the same employee number issued from the state to view your electronic paystubs.

Donations can be made by payroll deduction, credit card, check or a billing option. If you still prefer the paper pledge form, contact Human Resources and they can mail one to you.
